Combined Building & Pest Inspections

• FROM $575 inc GST – 3×1 or smaller 4×2
• FROM $600 inc GST – 2 storey, acreage, over 200sqm under roof, timber floors/subfloor

Special Purpose Building Inspections

• Price on enquiry

PCI or Practical Completion Inspections – New Builds on Slab only

• FROM $625 inc GST – 200sqm under roof

Please note:

• If an address is supplied an accurate quote can be given.
• Extremely large homes may be more expensive.
• No testing of appliances / power points will be conducted. These items are excluded from AS 4349.1 Part 1 – Pre-purchase Inspections – Residential buildings
